Larry Foster serves as Vice President of the Board of the Missouri State Fair Foundation. He is the President of Sedalia Stripping, Inc., a business serving the major automobile manufacturers in the U.S. He is a former two-term Mayor of Sedalia, and former Presiding Commissioner of Pettis County. He is a former Commissioner of the Missouri State Fair, and an original member of the Missouri State Fair Commission.
