MISSOURI STATE FAIR FOUNDATION SCHOLARSHIPS

The Missouri State Fair Foundation sponsors and administers the scholarships financially,

which are awarded through the Missouri 4-H Foundation. 

Monies raised at the 2008 Governor's Ham Breakfast from the commission levied against the sale price of the Grand and Reserve Grand Champion hams and bacon, and the sale price of the State Fair Belt Buckle and Foundation souvenir basket, will be designated as the Missouri State Fair Foundation Scholarship Fund.

Seven scholarships in the amount of $1,000.00 each were awarded for the 2009-2010 academic year, and may be claimed for the school term beginning in the fall of 2009.  Scholarship monies not claimed within twelve months of their award will be forfeited back to the Scholarship Fund with no notice.  Deadline for application was April 1, 2009.

MO State Fair Foundation/Kitchen Kraft Scholarships

 

    Kitchen Kraft International has partnered with the MO State Fair Foundation to offer two $1,000 scholarships for the 2009-2010 academic year for deserving students at State Fair Community College, Sedalia.  Kitchen Kraft, a manufacturer of high quality American made cookwear, is a long-time vendor at the MO State Fair. Their website is cookforlife.com.  Visit State Fair Community College website at sfccmo.edu for scholarship details, or call the Foundation office at 660-827-8120.
