Nip is currently the owner of Neidert Associates a national advertising sales rep firm located in Jefferson City. He is a former partner and Agriculture sales manager with Learfield Communications. Nip is currently a member of the Missouri Citizens Advisory Commission for Agri Missouri, and is a past President of the Missouri/Kansas National Agri Marketing Association. He is a member of numerous advertising and agriculture boards and organizations.
