Jim Russell is President of MoAg Industries, Inc., and is a governmental relations consultant with clients ranging from the Kansas City Chamber of Commerce to various out state agricultural interests. He is a former State Representative, having served in the Missouri Legislature for over ten years. He is a member of numerous agricultural, business and education associations. Jim’s wife, Mary Rhoads Russell, is a Judge of the Missouri Supreme Court.
