Frank Stork served as Executive Vice-President and CEO of the Association of Missouri Electric Cooperatives from 1976 to 2004.. He is currently President of Starr Consulting Group, LLC. Through the consulting group, he is retained as governmental consultant for Sho-Me Technologies, Fiber Path Technologies and K-Powernet who are extending fiber-optics telecommunications technology to rural communities, hospitals and schools. He was recently commissioned to write an informal history of how electric power changed the Missouri Ozarks region. He and his wife Suzanne reside in Jefferson City.
