The success of the Missouri State Fair Foundation is due in large part to the hundreds of Missourians who donate their time and energy by serving as a Missouri State Fair Foundation volunteer. Each year, more than 500 Blue Ribbon Volunteers sell souvenirs and bottled water at multiple locations on the fairgrounds; and serve as State Fair Museum guides. Throughout the year, volunteers help with mailings, inventory and preparing for special Foundation events.
Join our team of volunteers to help ensure our Fair continues to cultivate the future of agriculture for generations to come! Volunteers allow the Foundation to put nearly all of our revenue toward preservation, improvement and education initiatives rather than payroll expenses.
Organizations (businesses & civic clubs) are strongly encouraged to volunteer as a group. If you volunteer as a group, you will have the opportunity to promote your organization, build your team spirit, and reward your employees/members with a free day at the Fair! Call for more information on how to register your group as a volunteer organization.
Everyone who volunteers will receive a free admission ticket and parking pass. Preference for dates and times will be given to those who respond first and volunteer for more than one shift. Volunteer today!
