Volunteer
Join our team of volunteers during the fair! This is one of the most important ways we raise money to preserve and improve the fairgrounds and to support agricultural programs for youth.
Make a Difference
Your service as a volunteer truly makes a difference! By the end of the Fair, volunteers will have sold nearly 70,000 bottles of water, rented over 1,000 units of mobility equipment and sold over 5,000 souvenirs! This revenue is used for preservation, education, and improvement initiatives that ensure the Missouri State Fair continues to thrive!
Everyone who volunteers will receive a free admission ticket and parking pass for the day of your shift. Volunteering is a great way to make a difference and enjoy a free day at the Fair.
Volunteer Groups
Organizations (businesses & civic clubs) are strongly encouraged to volunteer as a group. If you volunteer as a group, you will have the opportunity to promote your organization, build your team spirit, and reward your employees/members with a free day at the Fair! Get in touch with us for more information on how to register your group as a volunteer organization.
*Groups are welcome to wear business/logo apparel and may hand out brochures or business cards only
