The renter must be 21 years of age. The scooter passenger weight limit is 350 lbs.

Rental FAQs
We offer electric scooters, manual wheelchairs, single strollers, and double strollers. Scooters can be rented for 4 hours, 8 hours, or all day. Wheelchairs, single strollers, and double strollers are available on a first-come, first-served basis.
Yes, you may be able to reserve a scooter, but there are a limited number of units available for reservations.
The charge to reserve a scooter is $10. This non-refundable payment is made at the time of booking and does not apply to the cost of renting a scooter.
Contact us to make a reservation. You must pay a $10 non-refundable reservation fee via cash or credit card at the time of booking.
You will be charged the applicable rental fee when you pick up your scooter.
Yes, we will hold the scooter for you. However, if you have not picked up your scooter two hours after your scheduled pick-up time, we can no longer guarantee your reservation, and your scooter may be rented to someone else.
Reservations must be made before 5 p.m. on the day before you need the scooter.
Please call to cancel your reservation. Failure to notify us of your cancellation may result in you being unable to make future reservations. The $10 reservation fee is non-refundable.
Yes, but you must notify us at least 24 hours in advance. Changes are subject to availability.
Yes, the majority of our inventory is available for walk-up customers on a first-come, first-served basis, starting in the morning.
Unfortunately, we do not offer refunds due to bad weather.
We open at 9:00 a.m. each day.
We close at 9:00 p.m. each day. The latest return time for any rented equipment is 8:45 p.m.
Failure to return equipment on time will result in a $10 per hour late fee.

Yes, there is a 350-pound weight limit for using a scooter.
We can store your personal mobility aids at our location while you have the rental. We also provide cane holders in the scooter baskets.
Yes, our scooters are fully charged and generally last all day on a single charge. If your scooter stops or runs out of charge, we will bring you a new rental unit on the grounds. Our contact number is on the scooter for such situations.
No, this is not permitted for liability and safety reasons.
No, you must return and pick up the rental unit daily. The rental fee is charged on a daily basis.
No, you are responsible for returning the scooter. We suggest you do not leave the rental unit unattended to prevent theft.
There is no way to lock the scooter, but we recommend taking the key out of the ignition when you are not on the scooter and not leaving it unattended. Each scooter is identified by a 3-digit number.
No, scooters are designed for single-passenger use only. You may not give rides on a rented unit.
